Objectives:

Through these coaching sessions, your young parent collaborators are invited to:

  • Manage emotions related to returning to work: stress of expectations, guilt feelings from separation with baby, fear of failure
  • Listen to their needs and lighten their mental load, free themselves from injunctions
  • Arrange their time and priorities for optimal organization
  • Find their balance to reconcile professional and personal life
  • Identify new growth opportunities within the company

Session Progression:

  • Session #1: Formulation of a SMART objective shared with manager/HR
  • Sessions #2-4: Working sessions - the coach explores several paths to progress towards this objective using coaching tools from positive psychology, neurosciences, and personal development. Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the parent collaborator based on the challenges they face and the skills they wish to develop, in connection with their objective
  • Session #5: Review of coaching sessions and sharing of learnings in a tripartite meeting

Modalities:

  • Individual sessions
  • Duration: 1-1.5 hours
  • Location: Remote (Zoom) or In-person for individuals located in Île-de-France (at the office / within a private space) Additional travel/space rental fees
  • Frequency: bi-weekly or monthly, according to the collaborator's rhythm and company priorities
